Meat has always been a reason to smile for many of us. Often in our childhood days Sundays were referred to as meat day. It was that day when you don’t have to wake up to an early morning alarm, instead the sweet aroma of mouthwatering chicken curry. And you obviously know why it was better to eat on meat-day than a regular school day. It’s the sharing. You wouldn’t have a pool of friends jumping over your lunch box when they smell that special meat lunchbox.
Often when the meat cravings hit hard we just hit head to the nearest non veg restaurant to have a hearty meal. But sadly, the satisfaction level of a homely meal is worlds apart. One cannot just compare a home cooked chicken or fish curry with a restaurant one. With the doubt in the back of your head on what is the quality of the meat they use, it is not very comfortable to digest. Of Course, there is no doubt that it is tasty when bought from outside but you are not sure what exactly is the tastemaker. For peace of mind while eating and a homely touch, I always prefer to ask my mother for her recipe which I can duplicate as it is after ordering my meat from Happy meat.
For a change you can also try a never ending list of recipes available online from easy to expert level meat cooking styles. I find it very suitable for me as meat for me requires extra care and I am very very cautious about what goes inside my body. With rising number of diseases being spread through meat, it is very much necessary to avoid eating meat outside and more importantly choose your meat wisely.
